About Us

We are a small team of dedicated legal housing experts, possessing over 10 years experience within the sector. We provide a broad range of landlord services ranging from Rent Recovery, County Court Possession Proceedings, Tenant eviction, Training, Property inspections, Relocation Services We possess vast knowledge in landlord and tenant law both in the public and private sector.

We pride ourselves in being a one stop service for landlords.

Overview of services

At ecs we advise landlords to take initial preventative measures to avoid the build up of rent arrears and consequent eviction. In other words, we believe in the old adage of ‘prevention rather than cure’. This is why we have introduced an initial Tenancy Sign Up Package which ensures that the correct measures are in place from the date the tenancy commences, to prevent the buildup of arrears and expensive legal costs, later into the tenancy.

At ecs our fees are fixed and there are no hidden extra costs. Our eviction service consists of 4 Actions. We do not charge hourly rates and we only ask for the payment of each stage as the need arises.
